Black Horse Personal Loan PPI
hi
i have had 3 loans with Black Horse since 2006 - just kept topping up (stupid I know). I requested the original credit agreements which came today. On one of agreements the PPI section was a computerised tick and my signature and the latest 1 was a manual tick and my signature. I never visited an office as it was all done over the phone - I didn't tick either of these boxes as i was quoted the repayment price over the phone (on checking now this includes PPI).
Can I still claim back for this or am I stuffed now?

Hello
I've also had a loan from Black Horse but I paid it off early by 7 years. I had PPI on this loan and I am in the process of recovering the costs.
I received a letter yesterday, and had an electronic X next to the PPI stating that I'd agreed to.
I think this is a standard thing that Black Horse are doing with all of their loans, I'm still going to fight them for the £3,400 they owe for this0 -
Hi there
In regards of reclaiming PPI due to being mis sold the policy, you will find a Questionnaire issued by the FOS (stage one) to send to who is responsible for selling the product.

Keep copies and if you want to write a cover letter, that is entirely up to you, they have 8 weeks in full to respond.
If you require further advice, please feel free to post on the Reclaiming PPI thread here:
