I've googled it and there appears to be a Natwest version too, I know they both owned by the same people.
However most of the reports on it say it is Spam.0 -

It's legit.
You most likely owe them money or have missed payments
think you have another thread regarding texts and email you have rec'd from RBS which quote your details. By sounds of it you do owe them money. Go on RBS website, find the customer service number and ring them. They'll then identify you and transfer you to the Collections department to resolve your outstanding debt0
