Ian williams builders "work" pics

Below are some pics of the "work" Ian Williams Builders class as top class work?
This is a disabled handrail put up too high, then moved taking plaster off walls, scraping paint off, leaving holes in paper, plaster cracking and a general mess.
They sent out 3 operatives including a manager who promised to put things right and pay for broken hoover etc then changed minds!!!
The supervisor turned up 3 hours late at 6pm on a friday nite, undid the screws then left them out and they didn't do anything for 6 days!!!
Want appts to suit themselves and need another 4 men to come and inspect the work?
They have unclarified accreditations on their website and promise that all work will be completed to a high standard..................... (please check out their promises on website)
They don't reply to calls or emails until they can be bothered to cause maximum disruption and cannot make decisions until they speak to their housing association who have nothing to do with their work apart from tell them to do it..................... if they did it right in the first place then they wouldn't have to fob off customers....................

Legal action is commencing immediately..............:j

we had terrible problems with this company. Our insurers sent them out to replace our bath. They completely botched it up along with the sink which they removed to fit the bath in.

Sent some idiot to try and put it right, he failed but managed to wreck our brand new stair carpet by spilling chemicals all over it.

Took over 12 months to get it sorted and in the end they still did not get it right - the bath is still not straight. Had to get someone else to sort it as best they could in the end.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
