Virgin cc Question

Options
hey all,

just a quick one. was speaking to virgin cc to arrange my BT the other day and they mentioned that for the same 0% they could send funds to a current acc. When asking for further details they were a bit sketchy, has anyone done this with virgin?

thanks

I am with virgin and had a call a few weeks ago to offer 0% for 7 months but now I have my bill I have been charged interest. Tried to call virgin but the loyalty dept was closed. Is there anything I can do about this.

All my repeat offers with Virgin have been clearly detailed in my secure area online.

Alternatively, won't the notes be on the customers file?

In which case, Virgin (MBNA) can be contacted on 0800 015 0306 anytime.

depends if the offer was from external vendors then there wont be any notes as they dont have full system access. If the offer was a call out from mbna then yes a footprint would occur. I would ring loyalty as if the first scenario is the case then loyalty can assist where as cust serv will not be arsed tbh :)
