Filling in housing benefit form

Hello,
Just a quick question. Im filling out my housing benefit form and one of the questions is:

Are you or your partner a student?
By student we mean anyone who is attending a course of study at an educational establishment, including student nurses.

Im studying part time with the open uni, so does that mean i am a student? (sorry if this is a really stupid question)

Well I would assume YES if you are studying with Open Uni - just add it to the notes part at the end just in case.

i think they mean are you a fulltime student. i dont think it means people who work and also do a part time course or people claiming jsa who are doing a part time course or even housewives doing a part time course.
i sympathise as i know the hb forms are a nightmare.
