I am getting married in Florida April 2011. I will be travelling with my fiance and 2 daughters 13 and 10. Do i need to apply for a Visa to enter the USA? We will be there for 3 weeks.
I tried to find out, but got totally confused when it mentioned ESTA etc.

ESTA is a visa that all UK citizens need to apply for, it is free. Use this link:

No-one knows as no-one knows what passport you will be using.0 -
If you are all travelling on UK passports than its just an ESTA.
Have you made sure you have all your documentation for for your wedding?

Thats my next job...we have to sort out wot we need to bring with us to get the marriage license. We are both divorced so i know we need to take the decree absolute. I have looked online, but it has only confused me!
There is so much to do, and its very daunting doing it all from the UK.
Thanks for your help:beer:0 -

No, don't use that link!! If you do, you may get this.
Use the official site.

Being picky, it's not a visa - it's being allowed to travel without one.
OK no big deal here but in the wrong context the confusion could lead you to big problems0 -
There'll be a couple of forms for you to fill in, usually you'll get them at check in or on the plane. These will need to be handed in at Immigration when you arrive in the States. Documentation for the Visa Waiver Programme I think. Still need to do ESTA, though. From Starrystarrynight to Starrystarrynight1 and now I'm back...don't have a clue how!0

You will need to fill in an ESTA from before flying. If in doubt of any links please check the US Embassys website in London. There is many scam esta sites out there which charge you for something that is free.
You will be given a green form on the plane or before boarding. Its called a i-94w
