I clicked on Paypal helpline when I was trying to solve a problem with a payment and discovered this website. In fairness it does say it's not affliliated to Paypal in any way but having looked at its call charges, £1.50 per minute, I think I'll give it a miss. Surely there can't be any information on their website that you can't find elsewhere for free.

That one gets posted quite a bit on the ebay board. It is really a sort of scam, they keep you on the line while they recite the appropriate bit of paypal regs to you...slowly.
I think your title is very misleading though, this is not anything at all to do with paypal and I am worried that people might be put off calling paypal direct as they think they are going to be charged £1.50 per minute.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
