Good Morning
Just over a year ago my local, small, ladies only gym were offering memberships for £25.00 per month. Stupidly I signed up for 3 years and now in this financial climate I really need to cancel. Could anyone let me know if this is possible or am I tied up for another 2 years?
Thank you

Strange...I wasn't given a copy of the sheet I signed?! However I do have a sheet of paper that says thank you for signing up for 3 years. I have just tried to phone the company that collects the payments on behalf of the gym but it's out of office answerphone....0

Ah, that's annoying. You need to contact the Gym and ask to see a copy of the contract, and a copy of the contract you signed with the signature.
The termination fee might just be pay the remaining balance out right, or it might have £50 fee or something.
If they can't produce a contract with your signature than they can't enforce there rights, and should agree to just cancel the contract.0
