Pension Credit Are You Entitled?

On recently calling the pension service I was informed that people under 65 who apply for pension credit and are rejected may qualify when they reach 65 years of age.
The threshold for earning per couple rises from 174.00 pounds to around 233.00 pounds on the 65th birthday.
So if your parents or grandparents have applied try again because I did and was accepted the second time around.
Also even if your earnings are above the limit you can still qualify depending on your outgoings etc.
A very useful site I found is
