Hi,
I've just bought an Ipod Nano 5th generation. I already had iTunes set up at Xmas for an Iphone, so tried to plug in my ipod to sync - wouldn't work. Got this message
'An Ipod has been detected, but it could not be identified properly. Please disconnect and reconnect the ipod, then try again.
If the problem persists, uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again'
So I did - twice, and I'm still getting the error message. I've followed the uninstall directions on the apple website, but it's just not happening.
What am I doing wrong???
And no - I haven't had it plugged into my computer throughout the process:D
Thanks in advance:o
