Worked fine for an hour, for me, earlier today. Also just logged in a few minutes ago - with no problem.

Clear your history / temp files / cookies ......... also do a virus check if that gets no result?
If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !

I had a similar thing happen to me last year. Turned out it was virus/trojan or something like this. It produced a 'false' screen and I was able to put in some of my login details then got the message you described. Luckily they didn't manage to get into my halifax account and halifax were great when I phoned them.

However, they did get into my A&L account and took 2K. A&L were rubbish.. I had to tell them to put a stop on my account!!!

  • I wouldn't worry too much. It does this manytimes when it's under significant load. Like Monday mornings at just after 9, most lunchtimes... :)

If it's OK now, for instance, but fails at the above times, it's just because the server equipment isn't up to the job.
