Debit Card Account, but with no salary paid in ?

Suggestions welcome for any current or savings account which has a debit card available (not just an ATM / Link card). BUT we do not want to pay in a salary, just £200 monthly. Advice appreciated. I have searched here, but despite the wealth of info have probably missed the answer I'm looking for!

I opened a Lloyds TSB Classic account which comes with Visa Debit. I pay in about £250 a month from my A&L account.
