Hi everyone
I need a WYSIWYG program to set up a small website of approx 8 pages. Nothing special, but the one I've bought seems really complicated (I'm sure it's easy if you know how these things work, but I don't). I bought Web Expression 3 & can't use it.
I used to have Serif 10 & actually managed to put a 1 page site up, but this one is more involved & my serif disk seems to be currupted.
I have seen Mr Site Takeaway Standard version 2 and if it works like the advert says it does (hmm!) then I reckon I might be able to use it.
Does anyone have any info on any decent WYSIWYG?
Many thanks (not been in here before.....seems quite nice ... I'm usually in OS with the Flyladies
)

The thing is no matter what editor you use you need to know what you can and cant do in HTML. WYSIWYG is fine but if don't at least partially understand the underlying html you'll never see what you want.
Nearly all html editors are designed to make coding quicker not to replace technical knowledge or skill.0 -

As a far as WYSIWIG is concerned different browsers can show things differently which is annoying as a developed. Also depends if looked on Mac or PC. Then you have people looking on mobile devices like iPhones or iPads.
Make sure you check on IE, Firefox, Safari and Chrome (Safari and Chrome should look the same). Also check on iPhone, iPad, Android and BlackBerry if you can.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
