Megabus Help please

I have got lots of Tickets booked with megabus till Mid Sept to travel between Manchester and Middlesbrough but when i have tried to book tickets for another person to join me the times that ive got tickets are not on there site anymore and i have checked on there site for each day that they have on there and the coach has been taken off From June 1st.
But the coach im on which is the 08.45am from Manchester goes as far as Leeds so i called Megabus and they say it much be full then and i told them that i find that hard to belive as i use them each week and have always been able to get a ticket a few days before i travel and never been sold out so im not really sure they are giving me the right information.
I just dont want to get stuck only being able to go as far as Leeds.
Does anyone know anything or anyone from Megabus on here can shed anymore light please.
I just cant see them being sold out 4 months in advance when i can get a ticket to go tomorrow which they still have on my coach.
Edit Just had a call from Megabus and it was a problem with there website its all back working again now.
