1 Acer laptop and 1 Toshiba laptop (one of the little tiny ones - are they called notebooks?) have stopped seeing our wireless networks. The other computers in the house see it fine. I have spent ages messing - looking through the settings, trying the help buttons etc to no avail. The computers show no available wireless networks despite the fact that they are sitting next to a machine that gets a perfectly good signal from hte wireless network.
Any ideas please?
Both used to connect with no problems and we haven't changed router or anything.

try turning off the wifi switch on the laptop ( if it has one ) or disconnecting the wireless card ( eg pulling it out ) put it back in and see if it picks your router up then.0

Thank you!
It doesn't have a wireless card (I don't think!)
What does the wifi switch look like? I think it's one of the function keys in which case I think I've tried it!0 -
Have you tried switching your router off, and seeing if the laptops rediscover it when switched back on?
Works for my BT Homehub every time.0
