Ordered shoes for putting holes in your lawn.
Arrived less than an hour ago.
Fitted the pointy bits. Did ten steps, 4 out of 26 pins have broken their plastic holes.
So basically it is rubbish.
Looked at the receipt and no agent contact:mad:
Do they have a website, should I wait for the agents to come around again, should I hit the roof, too late:mad:

As an ex-agent (and as son-in-law of somebody that still is), I will say this - contact the company. They'll probably sort it out.
Very poor show to not leave contact details though. I used to put sticky labels on my order forms with my name/number/address, and leave a "thanks for your order" note with my name/number on it. Some of these guys/gals are shocking the way they go about it.
Anyway, contact Kleeneze - they are fairly good at sorting things out.
Website should be pretty obvious to guess.0 -
kleeneze agents are supposed to put their details on the forms - that is part of the toc of the job. Only prob is they do not have specified areas and could be anyone selling it to you so difficult to trace them.
