It doesn't cost anything to start and there are always lots of questions waiting to be answered, day and night. You'll hardly ever be short of work.0 -

You answer questions by researching online, offline, your own knowledge and with a database.
Any tips on how to pass the test. I applied 6 months ago but got refused and was told on the email I could apply again after 6 months.0 -
Best of luck to those who have applied. It's a very interesting job and a great talking point.
As for the entry test, it is difficult and often surprises people. My advice is just to take your time, creating the best possible answers you can. Follow the guidelines provided and remember that spelling and grammar is very very very important.
I took a lot longer than planned to answer my test questions, but quality is more important than quantity - the recruiters are looking for answers that their customers will be very pleased with. You'll get faster as you answer more and more questions once you've got the job.
Don't be disheartened if you don't get it this time - chances are you'll be invited to reapply again in 6 months time.0 -
are applications for this closed now as i cannot see vacancies for the UK?

It doesn't cost you anything. The customer pays £1.20 a question of which you get paid 30p for answering it. It's all based on a computer so you don't get texts to your mobile.0 -

Follow the tips Wings said. Also remember to be honest with your timings on the application form as they know how long you have taken from a code in the application form.
Inject humour when possible and always be positive and optimistic if you get a subjective question such as 'Does Dave still love me?', 'When will I get married?' etc.0
