WFTC - Manual payments since 2006!! Advice please

I have come to the end of my tether with the Tax Credits helpline. I have been on manual payments now since 2006 when I changed bank accounts after getting an IVA. I have lost track of the amount of times I have called them to find out when I will get my payments into the bank and never get an answer. I have never had a renewal or award notice since 2006. I have had overpayment notices for over £2000 because of it which i was told to ignore. Payments have been stopped because of it which i can't afford not to have with 4 children and strict budget with the IVA. I recieved a letter from them asking me to complete a form so they could finalise my award for 08/09 so i rang the number on the letter and gave the figures over the phone on 22.4.10 and was told that would update the system and they would send me a new claim form. I have just rang them and my file still isn't updated!!! So annoying. I have already written a complaint back in 2009 but the problem with doing that i found was that they won't deal with your questions whilst your file is in complaints!!! most bizarre because my issues still haven't been dealt with. I have recieved my claim pack which I am posting back today recorded delivery. Fingers crossed.
