Me page? Any good, or not bother?

I have a lot of things to sell / get rid of and was thinking of doing a ME page but was wondering if private sellers get any use out of them? The ones I've seen are mostly shops or sellers telling you about their pets or kids (in most of the ones I've seen!).
Am intending to try and put around 30 - 40 per month for a bit (smaller items and build up feedback - currently on 33 mostly from selling). I'm trying to reduce clutter as I may be relocating with work before the end of year. I'd probably say in the page that I am relocating and what kind of items I'd be selling over the next few weeks / months to reduce the carrying to new location. Currently as people are saying that sales are slow I'm putting a few 99p items and building up feedback if they sell before the more expensive ones are put on or ideal Christmas presents etc.
Intend to do a car boot sale when my car is returned from the garage - can't really take the courtesy car onto a field and I'd rather not bother trying to fit as much stuff in it and go to a cbs.
Views would be appreciated

i didn't know what the ME pages where until someone kindly explained it to me the other day.
Now i find i'm reading them more and more, i find them really interesting and feel like i'm getting to know the seller. There was one i read yesterday about a single mother selling on ebay to raise extra cash for her 2 young kids. i was so moved i added her to favourite sellers and will keep checking back to see what else i can buy from her.Nobody can make you feel inferior, without your permission

LOL - I don't have kids nor pets and I don't intend to try and lie on a ME page as I won't remember if I change it! :A0

It may end up giving a nervous seller some more confidence to buy0

my ME page is good
it's linked at http://members.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=bleughmoney saving my @rse.
I've spent 10x as much as I would if I had never discovered this website :-)

Thanks all,
Bleugh completly agree - was even contemplating emigrating to NZ (hence user name) this time last year and have until next October to either to it or not bother so might do a ME page.
The only one who seemed to have decent and commented decent items in one of the car boot sales I attended a few weeks ago was a lad who was taking a year out to go to OZ for 12 months and people did buy a lot of his items, I must admit.0
