hi me and my husband separated over a yr ago and until the benefit disregard came in i was living off child maintenance. I applied for I.S on the 12th April and am now recieving it. My husband has now said that he will replace the income support money by agreeing to a volunatary agreement so i no longer have to claim. What i want to know is if i accept what will happen to my child tax credits, HB and CTB. Will i still be entitled to them?
I will lose 2 stone by this summer!!!!!!
