Had my midwife appoinment today and she forgot to give me a copy of Emma's Diary so i had a look online and came accross http://www.emmasdiary.co.uk/ If you sign up then you get a claim card to take to your nearest Lloyds Pharmacy and you get a goodie pack. I've just signed up so i don't know what all is in it yet.

Yes they're a little disappointing and certainly not worth going a long way out of your way to find a Lloyds. In mine they had:
A sample mini pack of bran flakes
Some nasty sugary fruit sweets
A tiny sample of cocoa butter cream
A one sachet sample of Spatone (iron drink)
And that was about it! Lots of junk mail tooRhiannon of WoolamaiThanks!

I picked up an Emma's Diary Mum-to-be pack from Boots the other day and all I got inside was:
Mini pack bran flakes
Fruit Bowl blackcurrant fruit flakes (my 3yr ate these straight away)
Tiny sample of cocoa butter cream
Loads of leaflets0 -
I got my Emma's Dairy New Mum claim card from the Registry Office when I registered my daughter last week, although I haven't had chance to pick it up yet so will let you know what's in it later.
I also got 2 Bounty packs whilst in Hospital. If you don't get the Bounty packs you can ask your midwife/Health Visitor for the forms.2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0 -

Do be careful with both Emmas Diary and Bounty - take any free packs that you're offered, they've usually got a range of freebies from breast pads, moisture cream to baby food
but avoid filling in any of their forms - they claim that it means you'll get future packs - but those future packs are just mail outs of junk mail with no further goodies, I also noticed last time that there was a lot of associated junk mail coming through the post (even though I ticked the form to say that they couldn't pass on my details) - they'd obviously sold my details on to lots of other companies such as grolier (dodgy book company once featured on watchdog) and la redoute.Rhiannon of WoolamaiThanks!

I know someone who didn't get any packs & when she mentioned it to her own midwife she got her some from the hospital for her, maybe it's worth doing this?2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0 -
Hi all, I have had both my emmas diary pack and Bounty pack, both from midwife, but I have also had vouchers thru the post. Am I allowed 2 packs of each, I think you need two packs to make it worth it! I dont want to get into trouble! ps I had my first scan today and it was amazing!!0
