It worked fine for me, its a 2 step process though.
1 - Register for Simple teen site http://www.simple.co.uk/teen/Register.aspx
2 - Sign up for Prom Planner (on left side nav) http://www.simple.co.uk/Planner/home.aspx
When you have done that you'll see the box saying if you want a free sample or not, they are still giving them out as a friend of mine got one a few days ago.0
