I'm pretty sure you have to register for the PROM PLANNER promotion within TEEN Simple (see left side navigation) to get the free sample, just registering for TEEN won't do it as they need your address.

Infact NorthernLass made the FREE PRODUCT post she should really do that otherwise people will register and not get anything and be p*ssed! Ii'll pm her )

After logging in you need to click on Prom Planner then the option to enter address appears HTH

You fill in your address for the free wipes sample.

after you enter the date of her prom it creates a "to do" list and you can print the planner off but i don't think they send you a planner, but i hope i am wrong.
