Me too! But I think I will still go ahead and put a good sized amount in a one year bond at 5.5.% with Birmingham Mid.0 -
We are delighted to tell you that the rate on your savings account has increased!
On your savings account ending 9915, 7063, your rate is now 4.80% AER* on balances from £1 to
£250,000. The new rate will be applied from 3 August 2006.
And we are also increasing the rate on your Introductory Rate Savings account from 30 August 2006,
so all in all you are getting a fantastic deal with cahoot.
On your introductory rate savings account ending 6037, your rate from 30 August 2006 will be
4.80% AER*. This rate is paid for the first £50,000 of your balance. Details of all the tiered rates are given below.
Remember with all cahoot savings accounts you get easy access to your money. And unlike some
other banks we do not penalise you for taking money out of your account.
If you want to add some money into your account to take advantage of this increased rate then please
either contact us and we'll set up a Direct Debit, or give your bank your cahoot account number and
savings sort code 09-06-43, and ask them to send money across electronically via BACS. You'll find
your full account number on your personal homepage when you log in. For security we have not
included your full account number in this email.
If you have any questions about these changes then please give us a call on 0844 9000 900** or
email us through 'contact us' from your personal homepage. Messages sent from here will be
responded to as a priority.0
