I think I might just give them a call the worst they can say is no and I'm no worse off than I am already.CIS wrote:why not contact the hard drive manufaturers ?, the drive will be in warranty and your guaranteed a new one, from a different batch to the sellers - it should cut out the chance of it beein dodgy as well.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
If the harddrive is made by WD,they expect you to give the serial number via their site and if eligible for their guarantee,will send return details. If not eligible (OEM or packaged by third party) they will still let you return it at your own expense (to malaya !) and if faulty will replace it.0
