how do I get back to big writing???

this is a very simple question for some of you. last night I was downloading adobe flash player and I couldnt see the whole screen so somehow I manged to make the screen 75% . However now I cant find how I did it and everything I view on the internet is sooo small.
It will be something simple I know but after trying for an hour I give up.

If it's just in Internet Explorer go to the View menu then look at Zoom and Text Size. Zoom should be at 100% and Text Size should be Medium. Hope that helps.0
