Nationwide Cashcard Account

I have been accepted for a Cashcard account and am waiting for the cash card to be sent etc.


What I am wanting to know is if they give you a debit card after seeing that you manage it well?

I mean, with RBS, once they saw I was managing my account well - they gave me a debit card, without doing a credit check.

Nationwide are switching there cash cards to visa debit cards in june anyway.

OP, I would just ask nationwide what their policy is. They are generally straightforward, but in my experience, staff in branches are usually clueless compared to call centre staff.
