the saga continues please help

i was due to complete on the sale of my new house last fri. the property i bought was for sale due to bankruptcy. the previous owner was declared banckrupt therefore the trustee was elling it. sale agreed for me so happy days. approx 5 weeks ago deposit etc etc was handed over and fri 7th may was my completion date. well fri 7th came and the man did not move out of the house. ea could not get hold of him all weekend not answering phone or the door when he called. yesterday he got hold of him and he said that he has now got rented property but there is no sign of him moving {house is near} ea said he would be out by fri even and he would drop the keys to me. i am afraid that this man wont be out by fri????? i think he is messing me around. i have not exchanged the full amount yet but my current property is sold and am fearful that he wont be out of this property by the time i am meant to vacate mine??? any advice greatfully appreciated:mad:
