Nectar card-5000 free points

Just got an email from Nectar.Get one of their AMEX cards and get 5000 free nectar points first time you use it.Not sure if this has been posted before.You need to apply for a nectar points card first.i believe there have been some problems applying online-tel 0800 700727.

I have had issues applying on the time with employer no matter what you type it takes the years you have entered and puts this as the months!
e.g you put 02 years 10 months, it goes 02/02 or for 03 years 07 months, does 03/03!
