Open Office Error

I used to use OpenOffice 2.4 without any problem.

Tried to update to version 3.2 but get an Error message whenever I try to open a new Writer or Calc document. Once opened they work ok.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling any number of times but still get the same error message.

It may help if you tell people what that error message is and what platform you are trying to install it on.

Did you uninstall version 2.4 before installing 3.2? Check Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel. If they are both present you can try uninstalling the older one, but you may need to uninstall both and then reinstall 3.2.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times, even using Revo Uninstaller.
