cats pooing on my veg patch!!

I know how you guys feel..... some cat has been using my raised bed as a toilet and I know it wasn't my cat as it was in all weekend as we were away! Now tried netting but they still wriggle under. Put a frost protection fleece over the stuff due to the cold and cat not been back but I can't keep that on all the time.
I think I am going to try the Olbas Oil on used teabags and see what a difference that makes as I hate the fact my raised bed looks like a fortress and is a pain to water

I use a combination of home-made cloches covered in environmesh and sticks around plants that need pollination (such as beans, peas or courgettes.

My home-made cloch consists of a wooden frame with blue flexible water tubing arched over and the enviromesh stretched over and stapled.

Vile isn't it? We had one of those plastic greenhouse things that never was much of a success so we have used the the poles from that, put them all around our square foot garden, attached mesh using cable ties and secured the bottom of the mesh with tent pegs. Also, we have purchased fence spikes from Cactus to deter the cats from off the top of the shed and around the nesting boxes.
