My Soa gave me all kinds of problems Falze for similar reasons, I have moved in with OH and she earns more than me however I am paying a 50/50 split.
Now on the actual forms you dont put down your OH income. You only put down your OH contribution. I personally have put down that my OH will contribute 50% of the bills and im led to beleive that I do not need to divulge her income (which i dont actually know anyway)
Not sure if this helps at all, I would recomend looking at the actual forms online as they do differ from the SOA that you have posted above. It might give you more of an understanding of what you need to put down !!0 -
Cheers Steve.
I had a quick look yesterday.
The problem is the mrs is also going BR, so her income will be available. I know its an induvidual thing but i need to make sure what we do on mine is the same as what we do on hers if you get the drift.
It makes it hard that we only have 1 bank account and all funds combine. Also i'm the only name on the account so she doesn't have her own money as such. I'm responsible for all money (we'd probabley be in this position 2 years ago if she was incharge of the money - maybe wouldn't have been a bad thing)
My basic maths says i earn 64% and she earns 32%, so i put her down for contributing 32% of all the combined bills (rent etc)
Do i then split the kids expenses the same way, or just lump them all under my expenses ??
Advise please !!
Its so hard, i think i need to spend some time on it later when the kids are in bed

In your case then yes you put she will contribute 32% and she puts you will contribute 64%.
Best bet is to write down on 1 peice of paper all joint bills then you can split them down by %. Then you take another peice of paper and write down all of your individual outgoings ie travel, haircuts, etc etc and your wife does the same. becomes easier when its down on paper.
As far as kids expences sorry no kids so not a clue0
