Hi,
Bit fed up, two PS3 (proper ones!) controllers have !!!!!!ed up, one a couple of months and the other just now. But ridiculous as they aren't even a year old (although close to).
Does anyone know an email address (preferably) or address I can write about a replacement?
Thanks

what exactly has gone wrong with the controllers? its just mine has had issues a couple of times. the problem with mine was when pressing the ps button it wouldnt synch with the console. what i discovered was it needed resetting. there is a very small hole underneath the controller. if you put a pin in and push to press the button in it it will reset the controller. i am pretty sure there is a description of the process in the instruction booklet. if not there will be somewhere online. of course this may not even be the issue you have had. its just when it happened to me i thought my controller was either broke or that the battery had died.0

If they are less than a year old, go back to the retailer you bought them from.0

We got them bought for us.
Our toggles have gone, one of them just doesn't work and on the other controller it constantly veers to the left.Wins 2010 (holiday pretty please!): Jan:BlueReefAquariumTicket!Feb: TottenhamTeamMascotExperience!Mar: AvonPerfume£100YatesbartabAltonTowersbreak!Apr: - May: BicSoleilRazor June:2OdeonTickets BicRazorAgainHippHamperHamper July:HairAwards2010 Products!Aug:Nothing Sep: Nothing:( Oct: DailyMail£250!0 -

oh well. its looks like its not just a reset issue then.0 -
See if you can ask the people who bought them for you. They should hopefully have kept receipts for electrical items as this forms part of the guarantee. If not, they may be able to let you know where they bought it from and you could try approaching them.0

you'll need proof of purchase for any chance of a claim, if they are indeed under a year old you can claim against wither the retailer or perhaps do a warranty claim against the manufacturer0
