No. They're quoting the old T&Cs...maybe the person sending the e-mail has been on the sick/away on extended holiday/was having a bad day!?I now wonder if Sainsburys' are answering as if I'm not a Nectar credit card, because that's what I applied for
You were sent some T&Cs/credit agreement to sign and return. You kept a copy for your own file didn't you? What do they say?
The above is based on your assertion that you applied online as an existing Nectar card holder when the offer of 12/12/12 months was clearly shown on their website.0 -
