A few questions - pregnant

Facing redundancy in a few weeks. This has been on the cards for a while and all above board.

I am 30 weeks pregnant.

I was hoping some of you nice people might clear a couple of issues up for me?

1. Will I get my redundancy pay when the office closes or do I have to wait until the end of my Maternity leave?
2. Holiday pay - will I get paid holidays accrued up to the office closes or when I finish my Mat leave?
3. Do I have to accept other offers of employment?

I had a lot more questions to ask but cant remember now - it will come back to me

4. I have an income protection policy - cant claim this unless I am on Jobseekers alowance - if I am made redundant in the next few weeks - can I claim this at the end of my Maternity leave?
