I am looking at trying to reclaim excessive charges from my Liverpool Victoria Credit Card - Does anyone have the address I should write to to request details of all charges over the past 6 years ?

you need to send it to the address registered with the DPA.
Which would appear to be this - http://www.ico.gov.uk/ESDWebPages/DoSearch.asp?reg=4550998 (assuming that is the correct Liverpool Victoria company (there are others listed and I've guessed at which one, but you can search for the others on the ico website.).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hmmmm tricky one!, as Liverpool Victoria sold their credit card business to Morgan Stanley in May 2006....
Then Morgan Stanley spun it off as Discover Financial Services (Goldfish + Morgan Stanley in the UK).
Who in turn sold Goldfish/LV to Barclaycard!0
