I have no constructive advice I'm afraid but I think the ladies have given you more advice/info than I ever could. I just hope your day is amazing and she is well in time for the wedding and she gets all the help she needs.

Thanks people just phoned my mum, apparently my sister is on her way home and going to have intensive support in the community.
So panic over for the time being.
Now back to worrying if anyone will have a sickness bug or chicken pox on the day.0
