yikes, the price of a console for one PC peripheral
im no PC gamer so its not really my thing0 -
Plus do many games even use joysticks these days? I suppose a nice gadget for the hardcore flight sim fan but can't seem many people picking one up for retro pac-man action and the like....0

This is "must have" kit for the serious flight simmer. (PC Only).
DCS Black Shark and Lock On 2.0. Wings of Prey. Are all ready out.
DCS are releasing the A10 this year, with possibly the Longbow, and F16 to follow.
Storm of War (from Mr Maddox of IL2 Sturmovik fame) is due a late 2010 release too.
Jet Thunder (Falklands 82 sim featuring the SHAR/Skyhawk) is also in production. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJjGgZ08ToQ
So yes, joysticks are still quite popular.0
