finally getting my act together to sell up, we are selling to rent so theres only going to be "one side " of the conveyancing as it were
I did get a recommendation for a solicitor from a user on here, and Ive just rang them and theyve said 550 +vat+ disbursements
Is this righT? or too much ( bit more than I wanted to pay in all fairness)
Can anyone recommend me someone cheaper- who is good? Or is this a good price?
