I have been quoted the following for our new kitchen - does it seem right? We are in Bristol.
To fit 6No down lighters to kitchen area (supplied by yourselves)
To provide socket outlets through out kitchen as per layout
To provide switched 13A fused connection units supplying integrated kitchen accessories
To provide supply for out side light fitting (supplied by yourselves)
To supply and fit under pelmet lighting switched from existing light position as discussed
To re-route cooker circuit to incorporate new integrated cooker and hob units
To second fix all electrical accessories and white goods
Cost to complete £ 690.00 + VAT @ 17.5 %
The above works to be completed to the 17th Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations BS7671:2008. NICEIC certification to be issued on completion.
Thanks for any advice!!

Looks good to me...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
