Anybody used trans-copy photo ?

Have got to get my photos back off my ipod onto my hard drive and am a little stuck at what to use.
Have tried a couple of ideas from previous posts but have settle on Trans-copy website that does music , photos etc to an dfrom ipod to hard drive.
Tried the free service and was easy enough and transfered some photos to computer but with the water mark across the pictures.
Think its $30 to buy the program.
Has anybody used this site or anything similar at a cheaper cost ?

Slightly different but worth a try, on my iphone its just a case of exploring the iphone files through my computer and copying and the placing in a folder?
