Hello,

I have just got a quote for the following and wanted to see if it was fair enough:

renew lead flashing around chimney, repair roughcast and coping stone
supply and fit 25 roof tile vents
replace 4 broken tiles, one at ridge
clear moss

no scaffolding involved.

£2025
the man was highly recommended.
