I know a bit about these things because of a background in law and journalism and while normally it is a breach of copyright to repeat the whole of someone else's work, when it stems from a press release and the whole point of it being produced is to get as much of it published anywhere as possible, I would have thought this is cast iron legally fine.

There are specialist style guides who will prepare your property to provide the right kind of ambience for a quick sale. here's my local expert but I expect there are others working in your area who provide a similar service.
