And the worst improvements you can make are:
Swimming pool
Garden makeover, decking
Internal décor - I'm assuming it's BAD decor we are talking about
Bad loft conversions

Hello skiduck
I'm not sure if your post adheres to the notice at the top of the page:
Take care over copyright. Short excerpts and a link are better than copying long text. This site asserts copyright on all comments posted on the board.
I have asked the MSE Forum Team to have a look at this thread.;)

Would replacing the article with a link get over copyright problem?0

I know a bit about these things because of a background in law and journalism and while normally it is a breach of copyright to repeat the whole of someone else's work, when it stems from a press release and the whole point of it being produced is to get as much of it published anywhere as possible, I would have thought this is cast iron legally fine.0

Hi all
Just a quick note about copyright. Firstly, i must commend Skiduck on efforts to ensure that this text has appropriate source links to cover copyright. What we would prefer to see though is that this type of quoting is limited to a paragraph or two at max and not the entire text as per our rule

I have amended the OP to reflect this.
