ttc drink drive course booklet

Hi all,

I hope this isn't too off topic, but i am desperate for some help. My boyfriend was banned from driving last year for drink driving and has recently completed the drink driver course with ttc group. He recieved a (yellow) booklet that provided him with details on cheap insurance and how to reapply for his licence. I threw this booklet away by mistake and ttc won't provide him with another (i have rang and explained).

My boyfriend is moaning at me for throwing it away and i need to get hold of another one asap or another way of finding out how he reapplies for his licence and some cheap insurance for convicted drink drivers. He needs to have reapplied for his licence by 27 May in order to have it for when his ban ends on 27 July. Can anyone help? (he isn't required to retake his test but does need a new photo on his licence)
