I have got two ccjs at the moment (about to be three) how do I go about sorting them out ? do I need to contact the court ? or the company directly ? I have now taken my head out of the sand and have sorted out a payment plan for my old overdraft and mastercard can I do the same for my ccjs ? and how long before the bailiffs call ?
