Hello
I have paid an agency fee to hold a flat (175 quid) and cicumstances now dictate I could really do with not going through with it.
It has been less than 24 hours, is there any way I can get them to give me this back? Is there a cooling off period or anything...
Even if I lost a portion of it, it would still be better than nought!

have you tried asking them to see what they say ? did you sign a contract or anything, if so, read what it says - there may be a clause in there which is relevant.0
