OCADO Not on your Nellie

I trust that this clarifies the issue. From your point of view perhaps certainly not mine.

If we can be of any further help, Now that is something that worries me greatly when I tried to get help only on one occasion was it a fruitful success, x put it right as your system had breached my security for address purposes, this was confirmed by your driver who said "We had trouble finding you as I had been to Palm Tree Court" So even with the manual change of our address having taken place on the Sunday this from the drivers point of view left ambiguity
I emailed 6 times to your customer so called service where I might add you according to the Waitrose Principles take customer service/satisfaction/complaints/seriously .Waitrose from my long association of over 40 years do Ocado in my opinion having been at the brunt of poor service /communication/misinformation do not. Point in question Fr (the accused ) to Ocado Driver Dave, question?"Where are my flowers"? Answer "We don't do flowers" "Oh yes you do I just ordered them" Answer "Well if they are not there they probably ran out of them continues I have never delivered flowers are you sure Fr (the collar is a dead give away) you ordered them?" Point 2 Called customer service (after having absolutely no joy with so called customer service emails probably too busy in your remote call centre to have a human being answer honestly a customers concerns) and I spoke to a very heavy accent lady who tried in vain to shoulder the responsibility back to me after 20 /30 minutes as she was very very hard to understand in vain. However she did come up with an original "Please do not worry Sir if it is not in your order we probably have not charged you for it." Would I recommend Ocado to others after what I have been through NOT ON YOUR NELLY even XXXXXXX or as the said he prefers XXXX twisted the facts to suit the bill of fair.So if management twist the facts who can you trust in the end.My Grandmother who was a great Jewish lady powerful in her community with a generous heart to all had a word in Yiddish for companies like your but as her grandson a Roman Catholic Priest I will save any blushes that might come to your cheeks. I agree unless you start listening to people putting matters right without hassle. Fr Anthony

I glazed over in the second line. A combination of red text and no punctuation does that to me I'm afraid.

    Me too.

    Too much communion wine perhaps?

Actually, I think Father Anthony ordered some flowers from Ocado but they weren't delivered with the rest of his order.
