Plasterboarding over mould and condensation?

Options
Hello all,

I am renovating my house and I am on to the second bedroom. The outside wall is suffering from condensation. I've have read up about this and know why it is forming. There is mould forming. I am going to treat the mould with something not sure yet, and will install this thong which regulates air in and out the house, am not sure what they call them, dave dampski recommended them to me.

There us also a air vent in the wall to the outside. What I wanted to do was to put up foil backed plasterboard, then skim over this. Shall I leave the vent in?

I hope this and not drying clothes in there will solve this problem.

What are your thoughts? Re: the vent, and plastering over the condendensed wall. :)

many thanks,

Richard
