The hard drive died and alas I have replaced it but I have no back up disk and I cannot find the drivers needed to recognize the new HD in BIOS anywhere online, Gateway were hopeless - "we only have a .exe file from within windows".
So I need to install from USB drive or disc but Gateway don't support such ?
I'm sure someone here is better than a gateway monkey
Thanks in advance techie peeps
