I have received this quote and wonder whether it seems on the expensive side.
Works include:
remove old bath suite and shower enclosure and electric shower
hide all existing pipework (due to new freestanding bath and semi-ped basin)
fit new bathsuite and shower enclosure
fit new electric shower in same place as old one
resite existing radiator and replace with heated towel rail
remove old wall tiles
replaster walls
plate wooden floor in preparation for tiles
fit wall tiles
fit floor tiles
replace skirting boards
we provide suite/tiles/shower/heated towelrail of course -
installer provides tile adhesive, grout, plyboard plate etc

expected duration of works is 8 working days

quote 2,700

ps we live in North west
